Contact and corrections
No contact form on this page, for the same reason there is none anywhere else on the site. Email reaches a person, and we read all of it.
A price here is wrong or out of date. Stale figures are the main failure mode of every comparison site, including the ones with far more resources than we have.
Your practice publishes its fees and is not reflected in our data. Send the link to the fee page and we will pick it up on the next crawl of that market.
Methodology questions, how a range was calculated, why a row is missing, press enquiries, or a problem with the site itself.
What makes a correction easy to act on
We can usually fix a figure the same week if the message contains three things: which page, which number, and where the right number comes from. A link to the clinic's own published fee page is the gold standard, because that is the only kind of source we record.
Every price table on the site has a Spot an error? link beneath it that opens a message with the page path and those fields already filled in. That is the fastest route.
On clinics asking us to change things
- We will add your published fee page to the crawl for your market, and correct a figure that misrepresents what you actually charge.
- We will not take payment for placement, change a median on request, or remove a clinic from an aggregate because the number is unflattering.
- We do not name individual practices in price tables — the figures are aggregates, so there is nothing to be listed in or excluded from.
What we cannot help with
- Clinical questions. We publish prices. We cannot tell you whether you need an implant or a bridge, and would be wrong to try.
- Recommending a specific clinic. We do not vet individual practices and will not pretend otherwise.
- Booking or arranging treatment. We are not an agency and take no commission on anything.
- Disputes with a clinic. We have no relationship with any clinic and no standing to intervene. For treatment received in the EU, start with that country's dental chamber.
Response times
This is a small independent operation, not a support desk. Corrections get looked at within a few days. Everything else, within a week or two. If something is urgent and clinical, your dentist is the right person, not us.
