Dental implants in Turkey cost around £500. In the UK, £2,500.
Both figures are for a finished tooth — titanium fixture, abutment and crown. That matters, because the £350 you see advertised is usually the screw alone.

Why the range is so wide
Turkish implant quotes run £350 to £800 for the same nominal procedure. The difference is mostly the fixture brand. Osstem (South Korea) is CE-marked with solid long-term data and dominates the lower end. Straumann (Switzerland) and Nobel Biocare (Sweden) carry the best evidence base and cost £150–£300 more per unit. Both are used in UK practices too, at four times the price.
Surgeon volume matters more than the brand. A well-placed Osstem outperforms a poorly placed Straumann. Ask how many implants the surgeon places a year, and ask for the brand in writing.
What the quote should include
| Component | Usually included | If separate |

| Abutment | Usually | £80–£200 |
| Crown | Check | £150–£350 |
| CBCT scan | Usually | £50–£150 |
| Bone graft, if needed | No | £200–£700 |
| Extraction | Sometimes | £40–£150 |

What it would actually cost you
Treatment plus flights and accommodation for two trips. Implant work needs a second visit 3–6 months later for the final crown.

Midpoint figures. Treatment in Turkey ranges £350–£800 per tooth depending on clinic and materials. Travel estimates are typical off-peak fares from London, not quotes.
One implant barely clears the travel cost. Three or more, and the arithmetic changes completely — which is why most people who fly for implants are having several placed at once. Adjust the counter above.
