Kraków or Warsaw
Kraków is the established dental destination and the cheaper of the two, with a concentration of clinics used to treating UK, German and Scandinavian patients. Warsaw runs 10–15% higher but holds more specialists for complex cases. Both are direct from several UK airports.

What it would actually cost you
Treatment plus flights and accommodation for two trips. Implant work needs a second visit 3–6 months later for the final crown.

Midpoint figures. Treatment in Poland ranges £400–£1,000 per tooth depending on clinic and materials. Travel estimates are typical off-peak fares from London, not quotes.
Poland's advantage over Turkey is not the treatment price — Turkey is cheaper. It is that the second trip costs almost nothing. At £40–£120 return, a follow-up visit is a weekend rather than an expedition. On a single implant the two countries finish close once travel is counted.
